• We will examine the roofs at your facility and provide photographs of roof defects.
• We will present a list of recommended maintenance items along with a price for the work.

Our full-service evaluation is targeted toward facilities that need a comprehensive plan for forecasting maintenance & replacement needs in the future. We provide the following information in our report:

• Scale drawings and a photographic summary of all roofs.
• A report on roof composition, age, and life expectancy
• A comprehensive description of roof defects, including priority ranking and repair costs for the defects.
• Budget costs for future roof replacements.
