We already have extensive experience on State owned properties, having demonstrated outstanding performance over the past four years on a Line Item Contract (Title 74) with the State of Oklahoma. This State contract was renewed in July 2004 awarding Alva Roofing another four year contract. We believe that the experience we have gained in performing and managing work under the very detailed and demanding State contract has firmly established our capabilities and credentials to perform work for GSA.
